Program Design Solutions is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of information clients entrust to us. Part of this foundational obligation is a commitment to ethical, appropriate and discretionary use and protection of all personal information (referred to as PI [Personal Information] Data) that Program Design Solutions collects by or receives through our websites and other online and mobile services that link to or post this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Online Services”).

Please review this Privacy Statement to learn more about how and what we collect, use, share and protect the PI Data that we obtain. By using the Online Services, you consent to the use of your information as set forth in this Privacy Statement and future amendments to the Privacy Statement.

1. Collection and use of personal information

Program Design Solutions and our service providers collect information that you provide when you use the Online Services. When you register for a service, we may collect basic information about you such as your name, username, password, email address, physical address, phone number, security question, and other personal and business demographic or contact information.

For employment with Program Design Solutions, we may also require additional personal information such as date of birth, employment history, locations, education, institutions, certifications, licenses, designations, honors, awards and dates. We may require other information as it pertains to securing a bond, insurance and security. If you are a former employee, some data may already be on file.

We use the information we collect and receive from you to provide you with Online Services to communicate with you, provide a better online and customer experience, and fulfill the needs of your requests. For example, we will respond to your email request by the email you provide. If you send us a resume or curriculum vitae (CV) to apply online for a specific position with Program Design Solutions, we will use the information that you provide to match you with that position and other available Program Design Solutions career opportunities where we feel you may provide a good fit. If you sign up for a Program Design Solutions mailing list, we use your contact information and interests to fulfill your request for subject matter articles, newsletters, announcements and offerings.

Unless we obtain your permission, or otherwise required/permitted by law and professional standards, we do not use your personal information for other purposes,

Initially, we store emails on a temporary basis until you confirm your email address via a confirmation email; i.e., we send an email to the email address of record as part of the registration process.

Program Design Solutions only collects "sensitive" personal information when the relevant individuals voluntarily provide us with this information or where such information is required or permitted to be collected by law or professional standards. In honor of diversity, sensitive information may include personal information regarding a person's race, ethnicity, trade union membership, religious or similar beliefs, disabilities, military status, gender identification, work status or criminal record. Please use your discretion when providing sensitive information to Program Design Solutions, and under any circumstances, do not provide sensitive information to Program Design Solutions, unless you thereby consent to Program Design Solutions’ use of that information for its legitimate business purposes and consent to the storage of such information in Program Design Solutions databases. 2. Automatic collection of personal information

In some instances, Program Design Solutions and its service providers use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to automatically collect certain types of information when you use our Online Services or through emails we may exchange. The collection of this information allows us to customize your online experience; improve performance, increase service delivery, sharpen usability and broaden the effectiveness of Program Design Solutions’ online presence. It helps us advertise and market our services and measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities.

3. IP addresses

An IP address is a number assigned to your computer or internet-enabled device whenever you access the internet. It allows computers and servers to recognize and communicate with one another. IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be recorded for IT security and system diagnostic purposes.
