Initially, we store emails on a temporary basis until you confirm your email address and request via a confirmation email, i.e. we send an email to the email address provided as part of the registration process.

Sensitive information includes personal information regarding a person's race, ethnicity, political beliefs, trade union membership, religious or similar beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal record.
